When a pet is lost, we understand that taking care of the details can be overwhelming. Our goal is to keep our pricing structure simple, transparent, and fair. Listed below are all our options for cremation type, services, pick-up, and delivery options. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions.

Truly Private Cremation: Your pet is the only pet in the cremation unit and will be cremated (fire based) privately. Your pet's cremated remains (ashes) will be returned to you.

Semi-Private (aka Individual) Cremation: More than one pet will be cremated (fire based) at the same time using our Pet Passages^® stainless steel partitioning system to keep pet's separated from one another. Your pet's cremated remains (ashes) will be returned to you.

Basic (aka Batch) Cremation: Many pets will be cremated (fire based) in a group without partitions. No cremated remains (ashes) will be returned.

Please note: with the selection of Semi-Private or Private cremation we utilize our Secure Passages^TM pet identification and tracking system including the use of a unique numbered stainless-steel disc that is always with your pet. This is used in tandem with our state-of-the-art Pet Passages^® Software, providing you with real time information and status updates on your pet while your pet is in our care.
